Functional Fertility Group Sessions

Would you like to optimize your fertility naturally? You know things like nutrition, exercise, & stress reduction are supposed to have a positive impact on your fertility, but where is the best place to start? 

It can be overwhelming.  


This Five Phase Functional Fertility Program will help you plan your own fertility optimization road map.      

Meet with others who are also preparing to conceive, or struggling to get that positive pregnancy test.  Videos, helpful handouts and online support will be provided.  During in-person meetings we will move, stretch and strengthen muscles to promote pelvic balance and core stability. We will explore mindfulness practices and breathing techniques. Learn ways to promote circulation to your pelvic organs. Nourishing meal plans will be supplied. Information & research on vitamins and supplements will be reviewed. Fertility-healthy recommendations for the dad-to-be will be addressed, too. Lab tests, what they mean, and ways you may be able to improve values will be covered. We'll share tips on books, resources, fertility tracking apps, and other avenues of support. Share as much or as little as you like, but know that you are not alone on this journey.  

This small group program will be limited to 5 individuals.  We'll meet weekly for 5 weeks.

fertility-healthy practices for well beyond 5-weeks!  Let's get you in your best health as you prepare to bring a healthy baby into this world.
