Dr. Emily believes in the importance of a healthy start in life,  which led her to continue her education in pre-conception, prenatal, postpartum and pediatric care.  She uses the Webster Technique, a specific evaluation and adjustment that promotes balance of the pregnant patient's pelvic bones, muscles, and ligaments.

Dr. Forsgren is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute .  She has training in The Prague School's Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute International, Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute and manual adjusting techniques through the Motion Palpation Institute.  The education from these fine institutions has provided Dr. Forsgren with approaches proven to be effective and safe for patients of all ages, from infants to the geriatric population and everyone in between.

Dr. Forsgren's interest in whole health for the whole family has led her to post-graduate training in Functional Medicine.  She is board eligible to sit for the diplomat in internal medicine (DABCI) exam.   The path to becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists has allowed her to further explore her passion for helping individuals discover the underlying causes and imbalances that may be contributing to their aches, pains, and chronic diseases.   Dr. Emily looks forward to partnering with you to achieve your health goals.

As somebody committed to learning, and committed to excellent care, Dr. Emily is currently completing coursework at University of Pittsburg's Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP) program. She's looking forward to bringing the excellent resources from this training to families in Cleveland!
