These classes are designed to promote a balanced pelvis, strong core, dynamic breathing and a more comfortable pregnancy.   You’ll get the chance to connect with others who are also pregnant during these unusual times!

 

This is an all levels class.  You don’t need any special exercise equipment to participate.  

 

You’d be a great addition to our supportive small group prenatal fitness program!

Classes will be held on Zoom on Thursdays at noon for 5-weeks beginning on 5/24

Working from home?  Hop on during your lunch hour!

We are offering a discounted rate $74

(25% off our usual $99 price) 

for the 5 class series.  We believe all pregnant women should have the opportunity to move and connect.  If cost is prohibitive and you'd like to participate, let's get you signed up! Please contact Emily for a pay-what-you-can arrangement.
