Connect, breathe, move and sweat with other people navigating pregnancy during these unusual times.  Classes will meet live over Zoom.  This movement practice is designed to promote a balanced pelvis, strong core, dynamic breathing and a more comfortable pregnancy.  

 

This is an all levels class.  You don’t need any special exercise equipment to participate.  

 

You’d be a great addition to our supportive small group prenatal fitness program!

Classes will be held on Zoom on Thursdays at noon for 3-weeks beginning on 10/01

We are offering a discounted rate of $54

(25% off our in-office price).
